Hi I’m Maggie, Let’s talk about “Jigsaw Puzzle”
In the journey of self-discovery, it's like slowly piecing together a meaningful puzzle. I understand that deep within, you already have a perfect puzzle, but these pieces are scattered throughout your life, leaving you feeling lost in a pile of fragments. In such a directionless situation, we are easily influenced by voices that emerge from the unconscious: "Feeling a bit lost, don't know where to start to get back on track, the mind just can't settle down, maybe start fresh another day!" This "start another day" mindset often keeps you continuously treading water, unable to decide which direction to navigate towards. You yearn to take that small step forward but are uncertain how to begin.
To break free from this predicament, firstly, you can find an environment that makes you feel most comfortable. Maybe brew a cup of your favourite coffee or tea, play music you love, find a warm and cozy corner, sit down, take a deep breath, and focus entirely on the present moment. Then, open up the puzzle you want to piece together, choose the first piece your heart desires. Each step of the jigsaw has its unique significance, searching piece by piece, as you concentrate on finding the next interlocking piece, you will unknowingly discover your unique way of assembling your own puzzle and realize you're on the path to achieving your goals.
